摘要(Abstract):
目的研究丹参酚酸A在大鼠小肠的吸收情况。方法采用大鼠在体小肠回流实验装置 ,利用UV双波长法测定肠循环液中酚红和丹参酚酸A含量。结果表明丹参酚酸A在大鼠小肠的平均吸收率为 2 0 5 %。结论在低、中、高 3种不同浓度下 ,吸收速率常数无显著差异 ,其吸收机制为被动扩散。
Objective Intestinal absorption experiments of rats in vivo were used to study the absorption of salvianoic acid A. Method A method was developed for the determination of salvianoid acid A and phenol red in intestinal solution by UV. Result The average absorption of salvianoic acid A in rat′s small intestines in vivo was 20 5%.Conclusion The absorption kinetics experiments showed that there were no marked difference between K a at these concentrations. The transport mechanism of salvianoic acid A was passive diffusion.
