摘要(Abstract)：

作为药食同源的传统中药，黄芪含有多糖类、黄酮类、皂苷类、氨基酸类、微量元素及生物碱等化学成分，可增强机体免疫功能、抗肿瘤、保护心脑血管系统及调节机体代谢等，在医药、食品、保健品、畜牧种植业等领域均有十分广泛的应用。药食同源产品的开发应用有助于推动中药大健康产业的发展，使中医药产品融入生活、中医药文化得以推广。为深入了解黄芪的营养保健功能、提高资源利用率，本文从药食同源的角度，通过调查黄芪的应用状况对其传统功效、组方配伍及制剂应用进行概述分析，并对其在保健食品、畜牧种植业、日化产品等领域的应用进行归纳总结，旨在促进黄芪资源的深度开发、挖掘及应用，为黄芪产品的研究、开发和利用提供科学依据，进而促进黄芪产业的可持续发展。
As a traditional Chinese medicine with the homology of medicine and food, Astragalus contains chemical components such as polysaccharides, flavonoids, saponins, amino acids, trace elements and alkaloids, which can enhance immune function, anti-tumor, protect cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems and regulate body metabolism.Astragalus is widely used in medicine, food, health care products, animal husbandry and other fields.The development and application of medicine and food homologous products will help promote the development of the health industry of traditional Chinese medicine, integrate traditional Chinese medicine products into life, and promote traditional Chinese medicine culture.In order to deeply understand the nutritional and health functions of Astragalus membranaceus and improve the utilization rate of resources, this paper summarizes and analyzes its traditional efficacy, prescription compatibility and preparation application by investigating the application status of Astragalus membranaceus from the perspective of homology of medicine and food, and summarizes its application in health food, animal husbandry and planting industry, daily chemical products and other fields, aiming at promoting the in-depth development, excavation and application of Astragalus membranaceus resources, providing scientific basis for the research, development and utilization of Astragalus membranaceus products, and promoting the sustainable development of Astragalus membranaceus industry.
