摘要(Abstract):

目的研究合成三嗪类衍生物。方法以二甲双胍为起始原料 ,生成三嗪类化合物。结果与结论合成 7个三嗪类化合物 ,所合成化合物通过1H NMR、MS确认其结构。期待此类化合物能够和二甲双胍一样具有降糖作用 ,并降低与其类似的不良反应。
Objective To synthesize triazine derivatives.Methods Triazine compounds were synthesized from metformin which is the prime material.Results and Conclusions Seven triazine compounds have been synthesized and their chemical structures have been confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS.Triazine compounds are expected to have the same role of metformin on diabetes mellitus and to reduce analogous adverse reactions of metformin.
