火麻仁化学成分研究
Study on chemical constituents of the fruits of Cannabis sativa L.

摘要(Abstract):

目的 研究火麻仁(Cannabis Fructus)的化学成分。方法 综合运用多种色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,根据ESI-MS、~1H-NMR、~(13)C-NMR等波谱学数据对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果 从火麻仁体积分数70%乙醇的提取物中共分离得到19个化合物,分别鉴定为大麻二酚(cannabidiol,1)、大麻酚(cannabinol,2)、erythro-(7R,8S)-dadahol B(3)、threo-(7S,8S)-dadahol B(4)、木犀草素(luteolin,5)、荭草素(orientin,6)、槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-glucoside,7)、2,7-二羟基呫吨酮(2,7-dihydroxyxanthone,8)、cannabispiranol(9)、corynesidone C(10)、L-色氨酸(L-tryptophan,11)、L-苯丙氨酸(L-phenylalanine,12)、baimantuoluoamide B(13)、岩白菜素(bergenin,14)、香草酸(vanillic acid,15)、龙胆酸(gentisic acid,16)、4-羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoic acid,17)、原儿茶醛(protocatechualdehyde,18)、4-羟基苯甲醛(4-hydoxybenzaldehyde,19)。结论 化合物3、4、8、10、13和14为首次从大麻属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cannabis Fructus.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by various modern chromatographic techniques.Their structures were identified by spectral analysis.Results A total of nineteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the fruits of Cannabis sativa L..They were identified as cannabidiol(1),cannabinol(2),erythro-(7R,8S)-dadahol B(3),threo-(7S,8S)-dadahol B(4),luteolin(5),orientin(6),quercetin-3-O-glucoside(7),2,7-dihydroxyxanthone(8),cannabispiranol(9),corynesidone C(10),L-tryptophan(11),L-phenylalanine(12),baimantuoluoamide B(13),bergenin(14),vanillic acid(15),gentisic acid(16),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(17),protocatechualdehyde(18),4-hydoxybenzaldehyde(19).Conclusion Compounds 3,4,8,10,13 and 14 were isolated from Cannabis genus for the first time.
