不同产地柴胡中柴胡皂苷的含量测定

摘要(Abstract):

目的测定不同产地柴胡中柴胡皂苷a及柴胡总皂苷的含量。方法以柴胡皂苷a为指标 ,采用高效液相色谱法和可见分光光度法。结果柴胡皂苷a分别在 0 9~ 7 2 μg(r =0 9998)及0 0 4~ 0 36 g·L-1(r =0 9999)内线性关系良好。柴胡皂苷a的平均回收率分别为 98 5 % (n =6 ,RSD =2 1% )和 97 3% (n =6 ,RSD =1 9% )。柴胡皂苷a的含量以陕西最高 ,内蒙最低 ;柴胡总皂苷以内蒙最高而山西最低。结论此方法简便、快速 ,便于对柴胡药材进行质量评价
Objective To study the contents of saikosaponin a and saikosaponins of Radix Bupleuri from different sources.Methods Saikosaponin a was used as the chemical reference substance to establish RP-HPLC and visible-spectrophotometry methods for determination of contents of saikosaponin a and saikosaponins.Results The calibration curves of saikosaponin a were in good linearity over the range of 0.9~ 7.2 μg(r= 0.999 8) and 0.04~0.36(g·L -1)(r= 0.999 9).The average recovery of saikosaponin a was 98.5% (n=6,RSD=2.1%) and 97.3%(n=6,RSD=1.9%).Among 9 samples from different sources.the highest content of saikosaponin a is Shaanxi province and the lowest is Nei Monggol Autonomous Region.The highest content of saikosaponins is Nei Monggol Autonomous Region and the lowest is Shanxi province.Conclusions The method is a simple,convenient and rapid method that can determine saikosaponin a and saikosaponins content ,which will be helpful to quality assessment of Bupleurum chinense.
