化香树化学成分及其生物活性研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

化香树Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.是我国传统中药材,具有清热解毒、通窍排脓等功效。本文结合中国知网、PubMed等数据库查阅的近5年国内外有关化香树的文献进行归纳总结,按化学结构类型分类,将化香树化学成分分为黄酮类、萜类、鞣质类、芳基庚烷类、萘醌类及其他类等6种类型。另外,对化香树主要化学成分黄酮、鞣质和多糖的提取工艺进行了归纳,整理了化香树不同部位存在的主要化学成分。就生物活性而言,化香树具有抗炎、抗鼻炎癌、沉降有毒金属、抗氧化等医用药理活性,同时还具有抑菌、杀虫、减毒等农用活性。本文对化香树化学成分、提取工艺和生物活性的最新研究进展进行了综述,以期为化香树在医用和农用方面的合理开发和综合应用提供科学依据。
Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.is a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China.It has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying, dispersing wind and relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, clearing orifices and discharging pus.Herein, the chemical constituents, extraction technology, and biological activities of P.strobilacea were summarized based on the domestic and foreign literatures in CNKI and PubMed databases in the past five years.According to chemical structures, the chemical constituents of P.strobilacea could be divided into six types including flavonoids, terpenes, tannins, aryl heptanes, naphthoquinones, and others.The extraction technology of the main chemical constituents of flavonoids, tannins, and polysaccharides in P.strobilacea was summarized, in order to provide references for the industrial production of active constituents of this plant.In the terms of biological activity, P.strobilacea has medicinal pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, anti-rhinitis, anti-cancer, deposition of toxic metals, and anti-oxidation.Moreover, it also has agricultural activities such as antibacterial, insecticidal, and detoxification.In summarily, the latest research progress on the chemical constituents, extraction process and biological activity of P.strobilacea was summarized, in order to provide a scientific basis for the rational development and comprehensive application of P.strobilacea in medicines and agricultures.
