摘要(Abstract)：

本文研究了用变量轮换法同时测定息喘灵片中的茶碱(Ⅰ),异戊巴比妥(Ⅱ)和盐酸麻黄碱(Ⅲ)含量的方法。Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ的平均回收率分别为100.6,99.44和100.7%;变异系数分别为0.65,1.57及1.38%.方法简单、快速、准确。
A new spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of three components in Xichuanling tablet. The average recoveries for theophylline, amobarbital and ephedrine hydrochloride were 100.6%, 99.44% and 100.7%, respectively. The coeffcients of variation were 0.65%, 1.57% and 1.38% (n=9). The method is quick and accurate and provides an adequall quality-control procedure in phamaceutical production.
