摘要(Abstract)：

间硝基二苯胺经薄层层析后,用单波长外标两点法进行薄层扫描,不用显色直接定量,测定迅速、准确。测定四批样品,均得到较为满意的结果。
After M-nitro-diphenylamine was developed on a silica gel GF254-CMC-Na plate, it was quantified by using single wavelength method without coloration. This method is rapid, accurate and has been used in quantitative analysis of samples with satisfactory results.
