摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究中药白英的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和1H-NMR、13C-NMR等光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从白英中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、N-反式-对羟基苯乙基阿魏酰胺(3)、槲皮素(4)、咖啡酸(5)。结论化合物1~4为首次从白英中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Solanum lyratum Thunb.Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.The structures of isolated compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties.Results Five compounds were isolated from Solanum lyratum Thunb.and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),N-trans-p-hydroxy-phenethyl ferolamide(3),quercetin(4) and caffeic acid(5),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 14 are isolated from Solanum lyratum Thunb.for the first time.
