摘要(Abstract):
目的介绍磁共振成像 (MRI)造影剂的研究进展。方法根据近年文献对MRI造影剂的分类、作用机理、研究概况及应用前景等方面分别加以综述。结果MRI造影剂能明显增强MRI的显影效果 ,尤其是超顺磁纳米氧化铁类造影剂效果最好 ,为当今国内外研究热点。结论MRI造影剂 ,尤其是超顺磁类造影剂具有广阔的研究和发展前景。
Objective To introduce the researches on the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents. Method According to the references in recent years, we discussed the fundamental mechanism, classification, recent researches, future applications and so on respectively. Result MRI contrast agents can enhance the photo effect obviously. Among them, superparamagnetic iron oxide is the best one ,and it has become the research focus in the world. Conclusion MRI contrast agents, especially above superparamagnetic substance above,possess wide range research and development perspective.
