中药炮制前后化学成分转化的研究Research on the transformation of chemical components in the processing of traditional Chinese medicine

摘要(Abstract):
中药炮制是依据中医药理论,结合药材自身特性,将药材经净、切、蒸、炒、炙等以改变中药化学成分进而达到调整药性、增强疗效、降低毒性的作用。本文作者通过收集相关文献资料,从减毒与增效两方面阐明中药天南星、白果、附子、草乌、斑蝥、远志、蒺藜、黄芪、党参、黄芩等在炮制过程中的成分转化,明确中药饮片经炮制后达到减毒与增效的物质基础,以期为中药的合理应用与现代化研究提供科学参考。
The processing of traditional Chinese medicines is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicines, combined with the characteristics of medicinal materials, through cleaning, cutting, steaming, stir-frying, broiling and so on to change the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine to adjust the properties, enhance the curative effect and reduce the toxicity.In this paper, we collected relevant literatures to elucidate the transformation of the components of traditional Chinese medicines, such as Arisaematis Rhizoma, Ginkgo Semen, Aconm Lateralis Radix Praeparaia, Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, Mylabris, Polygalae Radix, Tribuli Fructus, Astragali Radix, Codonopsis Radix and Scutellariae Radix in the process of concoction, and to clarify the material basis for reducing the toxicity and increasing the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines after concoction, in order to provide scientific reference for the rational application and modernization research of traditional Chinese medicines.
