摘要(Abstract):
继前期的研究 ,又相继从中药黄独 (DioscoreabulbiferaL .) 75 %醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到 5个化合物。经理化性质和谱学分析 ,鉴定其结构为 3,4 二羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅰ ) ,杨梅树皮素 (Ⅱ ) ,金丝桃苷 (Ⅲ ) ,杨梅树皮素 3 O β D 半乳糖苷 (Ⅳ ) ,杨梅树皮素 3 O β D 葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ ) ,这 5个化合物均是首次从薯蓣属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。
Through continuous chemical investigation on the EtOAc extract of Dioscorea bulbifera L. five compounds were given. The structures were identified by the physical and chemical characters especially by the spectral analysis. These five compounds were established as 3,4 dihydroxybenzoic acid, myricetin, hyperin, myricetin 3 O β D galactoside, myricetin 3 O β D glucoside, and all of them were obtained from Dioscorea genus for the first time.
