摘要(Abstract):
采用带有弯曲汽化管进样器的毛细管气相色谱法 ,以正丁醇为内标 ,直接测定注射液中乙醇含量 ,消除了注射液中难挥发组分的干扰 ,简化了预处理过程 ,缩短了分析时间 ,提高了测定结果的准确度和精密度。测定双醇注射液中乙醇含量时 ,其日内和日间精密度分别为 0 7%和 1 9% ,加样回收率在 99 1%~ 10 3 0 %之间
The new method to measure alcohol content in injection by using reequiped CGC with the curved port PTV injector was described in the paper. Application of this technique, pretreatment and analytical procedure were carried out at the same time, and shortened the analytical period very much; interference of no vaporizing samples has been eliminated; the accuracy and precision of determining results were increased. The RSD (intra and interday) of determining alcohol content were 0 7% and 1 9%. The recoveries were between 99 1% and 103 0%.
