水蓼化学成分的分离与鉴定Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from whole plant of Polygonum hydropiper L.

摘要(Abstract):
目的对中药水蓼的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等分离方法对体积分数为75%的水蓼全草乙醇溶液提取物进行成分分离,通过谱学分析方法结合理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英萜酮(taraxerone,1)、木栓烷醇(friedelanol,2)、乌索酸(ursolic acid,3)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,4)、3β,13β-二羟基-11-烯-28-乌索酸(3β,13β-dihydroxy-urs-11-en-28-oic acid,5)、没食子酸(gallic acid,6)、(-)-clovane-2,9-diol(7)、槲皮素(quercetin,8)、槲皮苷(quercitrin,9)、芦丁(rutin,10)。结论化合物5、7为从蓼属植物中首次分离得到,化合物1~4为从水蓼中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from whole plant of Polygonum hydropiper L.Methods Compounds from 75% ethanol extract of P.hydropiper L.were isolated by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographties,together with recrystallization method,and their structures were identified by means of NMR spectral analysis and the physico-chemical properties.Results Ten compounds were obtained and elucidated as taraxerone(1),friedelanol(2),ursolic acid(3),oleanolic acid(4),3β,13β-dihydroxy-urs-11-en-28-oic acid(5),gallic acid(6),(-)-clovane-2,9-diol(7),quercetin(8),quercitrin(9),rutin(10),respectively.Conclusions Compounds 1-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time;compounds 5,7 are isolated from the Polygonum genus for the first time.
