摘要(Abstract)：

目的对民间秘方愈伤灵膏的烧烫伤治疗作用及其作用机理进行初步研究以验证其疗效并初步探讨其作用机理。方法大鼠烫伤模型、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及小鼠烫伤部位组织含水量测定。结果愈伤灵膏可明显促进烫伤大鼠脱痂、缩短愈合时间 ,并能显著抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及降低小鼠烫伤部位的组织含水量。结论愈伤灵膏对烫伤具有一定的治疗作用 ,其作用机理可能与烫伤初期减少渗出有关。
Objective The burn wound healing effect and the mechanism of the Yushangling Ointment,a traditional confidential formula was studied. Methods The burn wound model in rats, the carrageenan induced hind paw edema model in rats and the xylene induced ear edema model in mice were used. A determination of the tissue water content in burn wounded mice was also carried out. Results The results showed that the Yushangling Ointment facilitated decrustation and healing of the burn in rats. Moreover, the hind paw edema induced by carrageenan in rats, the ear edema induced by xylene in mice were also remarkably inhibited by the Yushangling Ointment. We also found that the water contents in the burn wounded site was significantly decreased by the Yushangling Ointment. Conclusion The healing effects of the Yushangling Ointment on the burn wound was confirmed, and the anti exudation effect in the early stage of the burn wound may play an important role in its healing effect.
