不同干燥和炮制方法对朝鲜淫羊藿中黄酮类化合物的影响Quantitative determination of flavonoids in Epimedium koreanum Nakai by different drying and processing methods

摘要(Abstract):
目的以朝鲜淫羊藿中总黄酮与淫羊藿苷的含量为考察指标,评价不同干燥和炮制方法对朝鲜淫羊藿中黄酮类化合物的影响。方法采用HPLC法与紫外分光光度法,测定不同干燥和炮制方法的朝鲜淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷和总黄酮的含量。结果不同干燥方法干燥品中总黄酮的含量:阴干>100℃烘干>晒干>微波干燥>50℃烘干>红外干燥;淫羊藿苷的含量:100℃烘干>50℃烘干>阴干>晒干>微波干燥>红外干燥。不同炮制方法炮制品中总黄酮含量依次为:生品>酒润>酒炙>烤制>清炒>酒蒸>羊脂油炙>盐炙>酒油共炙>醋炙≈米泔水浸>酒煮>酒浸;淫羊藿苷含量:清炒>羊脂油炙>盐炙>酒炙>酒油共炙>醋炙>烤制>酒蒸>酒煮>生品>酒润>米泔水浸>酒浸。结论综合朝鲜淫羊藿药材中总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量情况,100℃烘干总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量最高,其次是阴干、晒干、微波干燥和50℃烘干干燥,红外干燥最差;炮制过程中总黄酮和淫羊藿苷的变化趋势主要受其炮制工艺条件决定,临床应用可根据其不同目的选择不同的炮制方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different drying and processing methods on the quality of Epimedium koreanum Nakai based on the contents of total flavonoids and icariin.Methods The contents of icariin and total flavonoids were determined by HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The content line of the total flavonoid by different drying methods were:drying in the shade>oven drying at 100 ℃>drying in the sun>microwave drying>oven drying at 50 ℃>infrared drying;The icariin content line of different drying methods were:oven drying at 100 ℃>oven drying at 50 ℃>drying in the shade>drying in the sun>infrared drying.The contents of the cariin in different processing products were:raw drug>wine-moistened product>wine-stir-fried product>broiled product>nothing-stir-fried product>wine-steamed product>mutton-oil-stir-fried product>salt-water-stir-fried product>wine-mutton-oil processed product>vinegar-stir-fried product≈rice-washed water-soaked product>wine-boiled product>wine-soaked product;icariin content line of different processing product were:nothing-stir-fried product>mutton-oil-stir-fried product>salt-water-stir-fried product>wine-stir-fried product>wine-mutton-oil processed product>vinegar-stir-fried product>broiled product>wine-steamed product>wine-boiled product>raw drug>wine-moistened product>Rice-washed water-soaked product>wine-soaked product.Conclusions According to the content of total flavonoids and icariin,oven drying at 100 ℃ is a suitable drying method for fresh E.koreanum,followed by drying in the shade,drying in the sun,microwave drying and oven drying at 50 ℃,the worst is infrared drying.The variation tendency of total flavonoids and icariin in processing are mainly determined by the conditions of processing technology,different processing methods can be selected according to different purposes in clinical application.
