葡萄籽油生物活性的研究进展Research progress in biological activities of grape seed oil

摘要(Abstract):
目的综述葡萄籽油多种不同生物活性和安全性研究进展,以期为葡萄籽油的进一步应用提供依据。方法查阅相关文献38篇,对国内外葡萄籽油的抗氧化、延缓衰老、降血脂、抑制肥胖、抗炎、抗癌、改善糖尿病作用等不同生物活性研究进展进行归纳总结。结果葡萄籽油具有多种生物学活性,其生物学活性与维生素E,亚油酸等活性成分种类和含量有关。随着研究深入,越来越多的新活性和作用机制被发现。结论葡萄籽油活性多样,应用前景广阔。
Objective To reviewthe different biological activities and safety of grape seed oil to provide evidences for its further application. Methods The recent research progress on anti-oxidant activity,delay aging,lipid lowering,weight reduction,anti-inflammation,anti-cancer and diabetes improvement of grape seed oil were summarized based on the 38 literatures. Results Grape seed oil was reported to have many different biological activities which are related to the sorts and contents of active components in grape seed oil,such as vitamin E and linoleic acid. As the research progressed,the more and more newbiological activities and mechanisms were discovered. Conclusion Grape seed oil has a variety of biological activities and a broad prospect of application. As the research progressed,more and more newactivities and mechanisms of action will be discovered.
