摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立乳结消片中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。VP-ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-体积分数0.2%磷酸溶液(体积比27∶73),流速0.9 mL.min-1,检测波长283 nm。结果橙皮苷质量浓度在44~264 mg.L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;黄芩苷在9.0~88 mg.L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率分别为99.32%、100.5%,RSD均小于2.0%。结论该方法简便、精确、专属性强,可用于乳结消片的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin and baicalin in Rujiexiao tablets(traditional Chinese medicine).Methods Analyses were carried out on VP-ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(V∶V=27∶73) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.9 mL·min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was set at 283 nm.Results Linearities of hesperidin and baicalin were good in the range of 44-264 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9) and 9.0-88 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9),respectively.The average recoveries of hesperidin and baicalin were 99.32% and 100.5% with RSD less than 2.0%.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate,strong specificity and can be used to control the quality of Rujiexiao tablets.
