东革阿里化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究东革阿里的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法和重结晶等进行分离纯化,并通过波谱分析技术鉴定其化学结构。结果从东革阿里中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:东莨菪素(scopoletin,1)、9-甲氧基-铁屎米-6-酮(9-methoxycanthin-6-one,2)、3-(7-甲氧基-β-咔巴啉-1)-丙酸(7-methoxy-β-carbolin-1-propionic acid,3)、laurycolactone A(4)、3-(7-甲氧基-β-咔巴啉-1)-丙酸甲酯(7-methoxyinfractin,5)。结论化合物1-4为已知化合物,化合物5为新化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Eurycoma longifolia Jack.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column and recrystallization methods,and their structures were determined on the basis of special analysis.Results Five compounds were obtained and identified as scopoletin(1),9-methoxycanthin-6-one(2),7-methoxy-β-carbolin-1-propionic acid(3),laurycolactone A(4),7-methoxyinfractin(5).Conclusions Compounds 1-4 are four known compounds and compound 5 is a new compound.
