摘要(Abstract):
目的建立桂龙咳喘宁胶囊中两种成分甘草酸和环磷酸腺苷含量的测定方法。方法采用色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇(A)-0.01 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(B),梯度洗脱程序为0~12 min,体积分数为10%的A;12~30 min,体积分数为70%的A,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:250 nm,柱温:30℃。结果环磷酸腺苷和甘草酸质量浓度在2.0~200.0 mg.L-1内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为95.9%和92.7%,RSD分别为2.9%和3.1%(n=3)。结论该方法可作为桂龙咳喘宁胶囊的质量控制方法之一。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid and cAMP in Guilong kechuanning capsules(traditional Chinese medicines).Methods Analyses were carried out on Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was methanol(A)-0.01 mol · L-1 KH2PO4(B)with gradient elution[0-12 min,10%(φ)A;12-30 min,70%(φ)A],the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 2.0-200.0 mg · L-1 for cAMP and the glycyrrhizic acid.The mean recoveries of cAMP and glycyrrhizic acid were 95.9%(RSD=2.9%,n=3)and 92.7%(RSD=3.1%,n=3),respectively.Conclusions The method can be used to control the quality of Guilong kechuanning capsules.
