摘要(Abstract):
目的综述降血脂天然产物的研究进展,为在天然药物中寻找研究降血脂的药物提供参考。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献共11篇,对不同化学类别的天然产物的不同所属科进行分类。对兰科、山茶科、菊科、龙胆科、五加科、马尾藻科、茄科和桑科的降血脂药物,具体针对新化合物及结构新颖的天然产物进行综述。结果现已研究的、来源于天然产物的降血脂药物分布于多种植物中,具有不同的化学类别与结构特征。常见的有苷类、黄酮类和其他一些化合物等。结论综述结果可为天然降血脂药物的研究提供参考。
Objective To summarize the general situation of the natural hypolipidemic ingredients found recently.Methods International references was comprehensively reviewed;a detailed introduction about the natural hypolipidemic ingredients,mechanism of action and experiments were expatiated.Results The natural hypolipidemic agents with different chemical categories and structural characteristics that had been researched,the result demonstrated that they were distributed in many plants,marine life and some other species.Most of them are belong to glucosides,flavonoids and some other different chemical substances,which can be the sources for the research of hypolipidemic drugs.Conclusions This article will provide references for the study of the natural hypolipidemic ingredients.
