摘要(Abstract)：

应用高效液相色谱法 ,以市售利巴韦林口服液为对照 ,测定了利巴韦林脂质体灌胃给药后大鼠血清中的药物浓度 ,按非隔室模型计算利巴韦林脂质体的药物动力学参数 ,AUC值为1 1 1 2 6μg·h/mL,MRT值为 2 1 6h ,K值为 0 0 61 /h ,其相对生物利用度为 1 2 1 3 %
The concentrations of ribavirin in serum were determined by HPLC after po ribavirin liposomes to rats. The pharmacokinetics parameters of ribavirin liposomes were computed according to non compartment model and compared with that of ribavirin oral solution in the market. The values of AUC, MRT and K were 1 112 6 μg·h/mL , 21 6 h and 0 061/h respectively. The relative bioavailability was 121 3%.
