摘要(Abstract):
综述近年来神经营养因子及其受体诱导神经细胞凋亡及作用机制的研究进展
It is well known that neurotrophic factors play an important role in promoting the survival, proliferation and differentiation of the neurons, as well as in the regeneration and repair of the nervous system. The significant breakthrough in the past years in the study on neurotrophic signal transduction has been the recognition of the role of two receptors, tyrosine kinase (Trk) receptor and p75 receptor, especially the later, as apoptosis inducing receptors of neurons. This kind of "cell toxic" action has been implicated not only in normal development of the nervous system, but also under pathological conditions, for example, neurodegenerative diseases and tumors.
