摘要(Abstract):
目的以甲壳胺和HPMC为骨架材料研究制备了VB1 HBS。方法对自制VB1 HBS体外释放度及其影响因素、体内外漂浮性能进行了考察。结果体外可持续漂浮 8h以上 ,体内观察 6h呈漂浮状态。其体外释放规律 1~ 1 2h内符合一级动力学模型。结论上法制得的处方 ,具有缓释和漂浮双重特性 ,初步达到了设计要求
Objective To study the preparation of VB 1-HBS from chritosan and HPMC.Methods VB 1-HBS was prepared by the direct compression. The dissolution and the floating ability of VB 1-HBS were also investigated.Results The results showed that in vitro VB 1-HBS floated continuously over 8 h in 0.1 mol/L HCl, and in vivo over 6 h. The in vitro release characteristics of VB1-HBS were shown primarily to be of the first order of kinetics in 1~ 12 h.Conclusions VB 1-HBS refered above exhibited typical sustained-release characteristics and good floating ability.
