摘要(Abstract)：
目的考察桑白皮醇提取物 (MA)对白三烯、组胺、氨甲酰胆碱及抗原的对抗作用。方法采用离体气管条实验研究MA对白三烯D4、组胺、氨甲酰胆碱及抗原的对抗作用。结果MA对LTD4引起的气管平滑肌痉挛收缩具有竞争性拮抗作用 ,并且该作用不为普萘洛尔、格列苯脲所阻断 ,与选择性白三烯受体拮抗剂普仑司特 (Pranlukast)相似。对组胺、氨甲酰胆碱引起的气管平滑肌痉挛也具有一定的对抗作用 ,显示出与普仑司特不同的作用特点。同时对抗原引起的气管平滑肌痉挛也具有明显的对抗作用。结论桑白皮醇提取物MA具有白三烯拮抗活性 ,提示桑白皮平喘作用可能与此有关 ,同时其作用与选择性白三烯受体拮抗剂普仑司特相比有一定的差别 ,提示可能还有其他的作用机制存在。
Objective To evaluate the reversal activity of the Cortex Mori extract(MA) against leukotriene D4,histamine and carbachol by functional experiments in guinea pigs.Methods Evaluate the effect of MA on the trachea contraction induced by LTD4,histamine carbachol and antigen.Results MA showed a competive reversal effect on the LTD4,an un-competive effect on histamine,carbachol and antigen induced contraction of guinea pig trachea.The relaxant effect of MA was unaffected by the presence of propranolol and glibenclamide.Conclusion These results indicate that MA is a potent antagonist of LTD4.
