美洛昔康贴剂的抗炎镇痛作用研究Study on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of meloxicam patch

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察美洛昔康贴剂的抗炎镇痛的作用。方法将50只小鼠和50只大鼠分别随机分为模型组、吡罗昔康贴剂阳性药组和美洛昔康贴剂高、中、低剂量组。采用醋酸致小鼠扭体致痛法研究美洛昔康贴剂的镇痛作用;分别采用角叉莱胶致大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠皮下肉芽肿法研究美洛昔康贴剂的抗炎作用;制作大鼠Freund's完全佐剂关节炎模型,观察美洛昔康对大鼠关节炎的治疗作用。结果美洛昔康贴剂对醋酸致的小鼠扭体有一定的镇痛作用;并且能够抑制角叉莱胶致的大鼠足跖肿胀和棉球肉芽肿;对大鼠佐剂关节炎有抑制足跖肿胀的作用,并抑制大鼠足跖软组织中前列腺素2(prostaglandins,PGE2)含量。结论美洛昔康贴剂有较强的抗炎和镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the role of meloxicam picking in the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice and rats. Methods Fifty mice and 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group,high-,middle-and low-dose groups of meloxican picking and positive group( piroxicam picking). Acetic acid-induced torsional body was employed to assess the analgesic effect of meloxican picking. Both the rat podiosis and ubcutaneous granuloma were done to observe its anti-inflammatory efficacy. Freund's complete adjuvant arthritis rat model was used to evaluate the anti-arthritis efficacy of meloxican picking. Results M eloxican picking patch had a certain analgesic effect in the model of the torsional body of acetic acid,the rat foot swelling and the granuloma of cotton ball were inhibited by meloxicam picking. Furthermore,the adjuvant arthritis and the contents of prostaglandin 2( PGE2) in the soft tissue of the foot of rats were attenuated by meloxican picking patch. Conclusion M eloxican picking has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
