摘要(Abstract)：
目的建立新药研发方案选择模型,提高新药研发方案选择的科学性和有效性。方法结合新药研发方案选择的主要目标,构建新药研发方案选择评价指标体系,采用基于模糊群决策的方法和多指标评价分析法构建新药研发方案选择模型并通过实例进行可行性验证。结果建立了基于模糊群决策的新药研发方案选择模型,并通过一个实例分析证明了选择模型的可行性。结论建立的基于模糊群决策的新药研发方案选择模型能够科学、有效的对各种新药研发方案进行综合评价,为提高新药研发的成功率奠定基础。
Objective To establish a new drug R&D project selection model to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of new drug R&D project selection.Methods Combined with the main objective of new drug R&D project selection,a criteria system is established.And a new drug R&D project selection model is built based on the theory of fuzzy evaluation and group decision making and the method of multi-index evaluation and analysis and the feasibility is verified by an example.Results Based on the theory of fuzzy evaluation and group decision making,a new drug R&D project selection model is presented in this paper,and one example is used to show the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed model.Conclusions The new drug R&D project selection model based on fuzzy evaluation and group making built in this paper can effectively accomplish the comprehensive evaluation of the new drug R&D projects,and build the foundation for promoting the success rate of new drug R&D.
