哺乳动物中枢神经系统中的水通道蛋白4及其调控

摘要(Abstract):

目的总结国内外近几年对水通道蛋白4(aquaporin 4,AQP4)的研究情况,重点在于AQP4与中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)的关系。方法检索国内外近几年关于AQP4的研究文章和综述,从AQP4的结构功能关系及调控等方面对文献进行整理和综述。结果 AQP4在中枢神经系统中分布广泛,参与脑脊液的形成和重吸收、渗透压调节、胶质转移、脑水肿形成等生理病理过程。结论很多临床中枢神经系统疾病都与AQP4的表达有关,调节AQP4在脑组织中的表达可为开发中枢神经系统疾病新药提供依据。
Objective To summarize the background and research development of aquaporin 4(AQP4)in recent years,emphasizing on the relationship of AQP4 and central nervous system(CNS). Methods Research articles and reviews were retrieved,and the structure-function relationship of AQP4 and regulation of it were summarized. Results AQP4 distributed widely in CNS,participating in many physiology and pathology progresses such as formation and reabsorption of cerebrospinal fluid,regulation of osmotic pressure,glial transfer,and formation of brain edema. Conclusions AQP4 is prominently associated with clinical CNS diseases.Regulating the expression of AQP4 can help developing new medicine for CNS diseases.
