无梗五加茎叶化学成分的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的为了扩大药用资源 ,研究无梗五加 [Acanthopanaxsessiliflorus(Rupr.etMaxim .)Seem .]的化学成分。方法无梗五加茎叶的水提取物依次经氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取 ,硅胶柱色谱分离得到 6个化合物 ,通过波谱 ( 1H NMR ,13 C NMR ,EI MS)分析和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 6个化合物分别被鉴定为香草酸 (vanillicacid ,Ⅰ )、丁香酸 (syringicacid ,Ⅱ )、咖啡酸 (caffeicacid ,Ⅲ )、壬二酸 (azelaicacid,Ⅳ )、异秦皮啶 (isofraxidin ,Ⅴ )以及β 谷甾醇 ( β sitosterol,Ⅵ )。 结论壬二酸为首次从五加属中分离得到 ,首次通过HMBC二维核磁共振技术指认了异秦皮啶的核磁共振信号 ,并订正了文献中13 C NMR谱信号的指认错误。
Objective To enlarge the resources of the traditional medicines and study the chemical constituents of the stems and leaves of Acanthonanax sessiliflorus (Rupr.et Maxim.)Seem.Methods Column chromatography was used to separate the chemical constituents whose structures were elucidated by EI MS,NMR and chemical methods.Results Six compounds of phenols and acids were isolated from the stems and leaves of Acanthonanax sessiliflorus Seem.The structures were identified as vanillicacid(Ⅰ),Syringic acid (Ⅱ),caffeic acid(Ⅲ),azelaiacid (Ⅳ),isofraxetin (Ⅴ) and β sitosterol(Ⅵ).Conclusions Azelaic acid was first separated from the Acanthonanas ,the wrong data of 13 C NMR which were given in the former literature were corrected in this paper.
