线叶雀舌木乙酸乙酯部位化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘要(Abstract):

目的 对线叶雀舌木(Leptopus lolonum Pojark.)的化学成分进行系统分离与结构鉴定,以丰富植物化学成分组成,为其资源的合理开发、利用提供科学依据。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备及半制备型HPLC等多种分离纯化方法,对线叶雀舌木地上部分的75%乙醇提取物进行化学成分分离,通过理化性质和波谱学数据确定化合物结构。结果 分离得到15个化合物,包括黄酮类8个、香豆素类2个、酚酸类5个,它们的结构分别为金圣草黄素(chrysoeriol,1)、麦黄酮(tricin,2)、7-O-鼠李糖山柰酚(kaempferol 7-O-α-L-rhamnoside,3)、8-C-阿拉伯糖芹菜素苷(apigenin-8-C-α-L-arabinopyranoside,4)、表儿茶素(epicatechin,5)、儿茶素(catechin,6)、neobavaisoflavone(7)、穗花杉双黄酮(amentoflavone,8)、异嗪皮啶(isofraxidin,9)、格链孢酚(alternariol,10)、hydroxypropiovanillone(11)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid,12)、sinapaldehyde(13)、原儿茶酸甲酯(methyl protocatechuate,14)、香草酸(vanillic acid,15)。结论 化合物1~15为首次从雀舌木属植物中分离得到。
Objective To systematically investigate the chemical constituents of Leptopus lolonum Pojark.,as well as to enrich the structural diversity of this plant and to provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization.Methods The 75% ethanol extracts of Leptopus lolonum were isolated and purified by means of repeated chromatography on silica gel, ODS and preparative HPLC,and the structures were elucidated in the light of physicochemical properties and NMR data.Results Fifteen compounds, including eight flavonoids, two coumarins and five phenolic acids, were isolated and identified as chrysoeriol(1),tricin(2),kaempferol 7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(3),apigenin-8-C-α-L-arabinopyranoside(4),epicatechin(5),catechin(6),neobavaisoflavone(7),amentoflavone(8),isofraxidin(9),alternariol(10),hydroxypropiovanillone(11),ferulic acid(12),sinapaldehyde(13),methyl protocatechuate(14) and vanillic acid(15),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1-15 has been obtained from the Leptopus genus for the first time.
