摘要(Abstract):
目的建立鱼腥草挥发油的气相色谱法,并用该法对不同产地鱼腥草挥发油中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、乙酸龙脑酯和甲基正壬酮进行同时的含量测定,根据含量水平对鱼腥草药材进行聚类分析。方法采用挥发油提取器,利用GC测定4种化学成分的含量。采用HP-5石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),程序升温,流速为1 mL.min-1,分流比为10∶1,进样量为1μL,采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行聚类分析。结果α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、乙酸龙脑酯和甲基正壬酮的线性范围分别为0.052~0.783 g.L-1、0.097~1.464 g.L-1、0.112~1.685 g.L-1、0.377~5.663 g.L-1,平均回收率分别为101.3%、97.3%、101.7%、96.9%,RSD分别为1.9%、1.2%、1.7%、1.6%,所分析的鱼腥草药材大致划分为两类。结论该方法准确、重复性好,可用于鱼腥草干品的质量控制。
Objective To establish a GC method of Houttuynia cordata volatile oil and develop this method for determination of α-pinene,β-pinene,bornyl acetate and methyl nonylketone from different districts at the same time. Methods Oil extractor and GC were used to determine the four kinds of chemical components.HP-5 quartz capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)programmed temperature was used at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 with split ratio of 10∶1;injection volume was 1 μL.Cluster analysis was performed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results α-Pinene,β-pinene,bornyl acetate and methyl nonylketone were linear in the range of 0.052-0.783 g·L-1,0.097-1.464 g·L-1,0.112-1.685 g·L-1,0.377-5.663 g·L-1,the average recovery were 101.3%,97.3%,101.7%,96.9%(RSD 1.9%,1.2%,1.7%,1.6%),respectively.The samples analyzed were divided into two classes. Conclusions The method is accuracy and repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of dry goods Houttuynia cordata.
