摘要(Abstract)：
本文报道了用HPLC法测定抗心血管病药物硝苯吡啶及有关化合物的油水分配系数(P);并将实验值和理论值作了比较,大多数化合物的误差小于10%;符合目前用高效液相法测定logP值所允许的误差范围。
Reported in this paper is an HPLC method for determining partition coefficients of nifedipine (and its related compounds) in maxtures of fat and mater. The results obtained were compared with theoretical values, the error being 10% maximum. This method can be effectively used in determining partition coefficients.
