摘要(Abstract):

目的综述三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)合成酶抑制剂的研究进展。方法根据已报道的介绍ATP合成酶及ATP合成酶抑制剂的相关文献,将诸多ATP合成酶抑制剂按其用途分类,再按结构分相关类别具体介绍。结果 ATP合成酶广泛存在于动植物体内,其在ATP的合成和细胞间信号传导中起了重要作用,可以设计药物特异性地作用于ATP合成酶,来治疗多种疾病和调控能量代谢。结论为ATP合成酶抑制剂进一步研究提供参考。
Objective To review the recent developments in the research of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)synthase inhibitors.Methods According to references about ATP synthase and ATP synthase inhibitors,the compounds were divided into six categories and some of which were divided into sub-categories by their structures.Results ATP synthase which plays important roles in ATP synthesis and intercellular signalling was widely exist in all living organisms.Many drugs specifically acted on ATP synthase could be designed to treat various diseases and regulate energy metabolism.Conclusions This article will provide references for the further research.
