角果藜化学成分的分离与鉴定Isolation and identification of chemical constituents of Ceratocarpus arenarius L.

摘要(Abstract):
目的研究角果藜(Ceratocarpus arenarius L.)的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱及反复重结晶等技术进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与光谱分析法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从角果藜体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定11个化合物,分别为5,7,4′-三羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基黄酮(5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavone,tricin,1)、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基-5′-甲氧基黄酮(5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-5′-methoxyflavone,selagin,2)、N-反式阿魏酸酪酰胺(N-transferuloyltyramine,3)、尿囊素(allation,4)、尿嘧啶(uracil,5)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid,6)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,7)、11,12,15-三羟基-13-烯-十八碳酸(11,12,15-trihydroxy-13-en-octadecenoic acid,8)、蜕皮甾酮(ecdysone,9)、1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4 R,8 E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxypalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(10)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,11)。结论化合物1~11为首次从角果藜属植物角果藜中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ceratocarpus arenarius L.Methods The chemical constituents of C.arenarius L.were isolated and purified by silica column,Sephadex LH-20 column,polyamide column and recrystallization.Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analyses.Results Eleven compounds were obtained from70%ethanol extract and identified as 4′,5,7-trihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxyflavone(tricin,1),5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-5′-methoxyflavone(selagin,2),N-trans-feruloyltyramine(3),allation(4),uracil(5),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(6),salicylic acid(7),11,12,15-trihydroxy-13-en-octadecenoic acid(8),ecdysone(9),1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4 R,8 E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxypalmitoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(10) and daucosterol(11).Conclusions All of the compounds are isolated fromCeratocarpus genus for the first time.
