基于区块链技术的道地药材质量监管体系构建研究Research on the construction of authentic medicinal materials quality supervision system based on blockchain technology

摘要(Abstract):
目的 针对道地药材供应链主体复杂,信息数据利用率低,质量监管难度大等问题,构建基于区块链技术的道地药材质量监管体系,并进行系统化实现,以期为中药产业持续健康发展提供理论基础。方法 通过梳理道地药材供应链各环节主体和关键信息,从参与主体、体系框架和运作流程三个维度,建立基于区块链技术的道地药材质量监管体系,并从政府监管部门、社会企业、消费者三个层面探讨该体系的实现路径。结果 本文构建的基于区块链技术的道地药材质量监管体系能够明确落实道地药材供应链中社会企业主体责任,提高供应链信息共享程度,实现道地药材质量有效监管。结论 区块链技术在道地药材质量监管中具有潜在应用价值,能够推进道地药材监管体系与监管能力现代化建设,开拓中药现代发展路径。
Objective To address the problems of complex supply chain subjects, the low utilization rate of information data, the difficulty in quality supervision of authentic medicinal materials, a quality supervision system of authentic medicinal materials based on blockchain technology were constructed and systematically implemented to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable and healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.Methods By sorting out the subjects and key information of each link of the supply chain of authentic medicinal materials, we established a blockchain technology-based quality supervision system for authentic medicinal materials in three dimensions: participating subjects, system framework and operation process, and explored the realization path of the system at three levels: governmental supervisory departments, social enterprises, and consumers.Results The blockchain technology-based quality control system of authentic medicinal materials constructed in this paper could implement the main responsibilities of social enterprises in the supply chain of authentic medicinal materials, improve the degree of information sharing in the supply chain, and realize the effective control of the quality of authentic medicinal materials.Conclusion Blockchain technology has potential application value in the quality supervision of authentic medicinal materials, which can promote the modernization of the supervision system and supervision capacity of authentic medicinal materials and open up the path of the modern development of traditional Chinese medicine.
