摘要(Abstract)：
用过量氢溴酸与环戊醇反应后 ,氯仿萃取 ,浓硫酸洗去未反应的环戊醇 ,氯化钙干燥 ,减压蒸馏制得溴代环戊烷 ,收率 77%。产品纯度好 ,薄层层析为单一斑点
Cyclopentyl bromide was prepared from cyclopentanol by hydrobromic acid and sulfuric acid method. The product was obtained in the 77% yield by the methods and the mixture was treated with water and extracted with chloroform,the organic phase was washed with concentrated sulfuric acid,dried(CaCl 2)under reduced pressure.
