摘要(Abstract):
目的对中药生品芫花(Daphne genkwaSieb.et Zucc.)花蕾中的化学成分进行研究。方法运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、制备HPLC、重结晶等分离手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从芫花花蕾体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物。分别鉴定为8-甲氧基山奈酚(8-methoxykaempferol,1)、柚皮素(naringenin,2)、芫花素(genkwanin,3)、5,4′-二羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基黄酮(velutin,4)、芫花素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(genkwanin-5-O-β-D-glucoside,5)、芫花素-5-O-β-D-茜黄樱草糖苷(genkwanin-O-β-D-pri-meveroside,6)、(-)-松脂素((-)-pinoresinol,7)、(-)-落叶松脂素((-)-lariciresinol,8)、(-)-双氢芝麻脂素((-)-dihydrosesamin,9)、瑞香烷型二萜酯-7(daphnane-type diterpene ester-7,10)。结论化合物1为首次从瑞香属植物中分离得到,化合物2,9,10为首次从芫花中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the buds of Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS column,preparative C18 HPLC and recrystallization,their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical constant and spectral analysis.Results Ten compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of buds of Daphne genkwa and identified as 8-methoxykaempferol(1),naringenin(2),genkwanin(3),velutin(4),genkwanin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(5),genkwanin-5-O-β-D-primeveroside(6),(-)-pinoresinol(7),(-)-lariciresinol(8),(-)-dihydrosesamin(9)and daphnane-type diterpene ester-7(10).Conclusions Compound 1 is firstly isolated from Daphne genus.Compounds 29 and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
