摘要(Abstract)：

目的利用计算机的VisualBasic6 0编程技术 ,编制了利用四面体法优化高效液相流动相组成的程序。方法介绍了计算机辅助高效液相色谱流动相优化的四面体法 ,利用VB语言编制了四面体法的计算机辅助优化程序。并进行了色谱验证性实验。结果模拟试验结果与实验结果比较吻合
Objective Using the Visual Basic 6.0 program technique to compile the procedure of the tetrahedron method for the optimization of the mobile phase by the high performance liquid chromatography.Methods The computer-aiding tetrahedron method was introduced for the optimization of the mobile phase by the high performance liquid chromatography,and compiled the procedure of optimizing the mobile phase by the VB language.Then some validatory experiments were carried out.Results The simulative result was identical with the experiment result.
