摘要(Abstract):
目的 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱对不同产地射干药材水溶性成分的相似度及含量差异进行分析,以期为射干的临床安全应用提供参考。方法 建立不同产地射干药材水溶性成分的HPLC指纹图谱,对15个产地射干药材的水溶性成分进行相似度评价,并对不同产地射干药材的射干苷、野鸢尾苷等成分进行方法学考察与含量测定,结合聚类分析法、主成分分析法,综合评价不同产地射干药材的质量。结果 HPLC指纹图谱分析显示15个产地射干药材的相似度均大于90.0%。在射干药材水溶性成分含量测定中,射干苷含量以产地为湖北团风最佳;野鸢尾苷含量以产地为湖北兴山最佳。主成分分析认为产地为湖北团风的射干药物品质最佳。结论 HPLC指纹图谱可客观、准确地评价不同产地射干药材水溶性成分的含量差异,为射干药材的临床安全应用与新药资源开发提供理论依据。
Objective To detect and analyze the similarity and content of water-soluble components in Belamcanda chinensis(L.) DC from different habitats by HPLC fingerprinting, and in order to provide reference for clinical safety application.Methods HPLC fingerprints of Belamcanda chinensis(L.) DC from different habitats were established, and similarity evaluation was conducted for water-soluble components of Belamcanda chinensis(L.) DC from 15 producing areas.And the methodological investigation and content determination were conducted for the components of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.glycosides and iris glycosides from different producing areas Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.medicinal materials.The component analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.medicinal materials from different origins.Results HPLC fingerprint analysis showed that the similarities of the 15 producing areas of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.medicinal materials were all greater than 90.0%.In the determination of water-soluble components of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.medicinal materials, the content of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC,the best source of glycoside content was Tuanfeng of Hubei Province.The best producing area for the content of irisin was Xingshan, Hubei Province.According to principal component analysis, Belamcanda chinensis(L.) DC,Hubei Tuanfeng was the best source for drug quality.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint can objectively and accurately evaluate the content differences of water-soluble components of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.medicinal materials from different producing areas, and provide theoretical basis for the clinical safety application of Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.medicinal materials and the development of new drug resources.
