摘要(Abstract):
目的研究北沙参 (Glehnialittoralis)的化学成分。方法用SephadexLH 2 0柱层析 ,通过光谱数据分析确定化合物的结构。结果从北沙参乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分分离得到 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为syringin( 1 ) ,vanillicacid 4 O β D glucopyranoside( 2 ) ,benzylβ D apiofuranosyl ( 1→6 ) β D glucopyranoside( 3) ,icarisideD( 4 ) ,n butylα D fructofuranoside( 5 )。 结论均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the underground parts of Glehnia littoralis. Methods From the BuOH soluble fraction of ethanol extract of Glehnia littoralis Fr. Schimidt ex Miq., five compounds were isolated by repeated chromatography over Sephadex LH 20. Their structures were identified by analysis of their spectral data. Results They were identified as syringin (1), vanillic acid 4 O β D glucopyranoside (2), benzyl β D apiofuranosyl (1→6) β D glucopyranoside (3), icariside D (4), n butyl α D fructofuranoside (5). Conclusions All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time.
