甘草提取物对五氯硝基苯造成肝损伤的保护作用

摘要(Abstract):

目的观察甘草提取物 (GA)对五氯硝基苯 (PCNB)造成肝损伤的保护作用。方法大鼠每日灌胃给予五氯硝基苯 (PCNB) 4 0 0mg/kg ,连续 1 5d ,检测血清谷草转氨酶 (GOT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及肝组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,病理组织检查肝细胞损伤程度。结果PCNB使大鼠血清GOT和ALP含量显著升高 ,肝组织MDA含量也显著升高 ,病理组织检查显示PCNB能够引起肝细胞坏死 ,给予甘草提取物能够显著抑制PCNB引起的血清GOT、ALP及肝组织MDA的升高。结论GA对于PCNB造成的肝损伤具有明显的保护作用 ,GA的作用可能与其能够减少PCNB在组织内的蓄积有关
Objective To explore the protective effect of the extracts of Radix Glycyrrhizae (GA) on the liver injury caused by pentachloronitrobenzene (PCNB). Methods PCNB was administered at 400 mg/(kg·d) -1 for 15 d to Wistar rats. Serum enzyme activities of glutamate transaminase (GOT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and hepatic lipid peroxidation were observed after the PCNB intoxication. Furthermore, the histological study was carried out. Results The level of GOT,ALP and malondialdehyde(MDA) were increased after the PCNB intoxication, the histological study suggested that the p.o. administration of PCNB induced the necrosis of hepatocytes. It was found that GA added together with PCNB was capable of remarkedly reducing the level of GOT,ALP and MDA. Conclusions The results indicated that GA had the protective effect on the liver injury induced by PCNB, the mechanism of which might be related to the effect on the cumulation of PCNB.
