摘要(Abstract):
目的分析胆胰康泰散挥发油组成并建立同时测定胆胰康泰散中柠檬烯、α-香附酮、棕榈酸3种成分含量的方法。方法采用GC-MS法确定胆胰康泰散挥发油中主要成分组成,应用GC-FID法测定胆胰康泰散中柠檬烯、α-香附酮、棕榈酸的含量。结果 GC-MS法测得胆胰康泰散挥发油中38种成分,GC-FID法测得胆胰康泰散中含柠檬烯、α-香附酮、棕榈酸的线性分别为0. 1875. 984、0. 5035. 984、0. 50316. 080、0. 27316. 080、0. 2738. 736 g·L-1,相关系数分别为0. 999 5、0. 999 9、0. 999 8;平均回收率分别为100. 8%、102. 9%、97. 7%,RSD分别为1. 9%、1. 8%、1. 6%(n=9)。结论鉴定了胆胰康泰散主要成分组成,首次建立了胆胰康泰散中3种成分的含量测定方法,可为胆胰康泰散的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To analyze the composition of volatile oil of Danyi Kangtai powder and establish a simultaneous determination method to determine the contents of limonene,α-cyperone and palmitic acid in Danyi Kangtai powder. Methods The main components of volatile oil of Danyi Kangtai powder were determined by GC-MS,and the contents of limonene,α-cyperone and palmitic acid were determined by GCFID. Results The linear range of limonene,α-cyperone and palmitic acid was 0. 187-5. 984,0. 503-16. 080,0. 273-8. 736 g·L-1 respectively,and the correlation coefficients were 0. 999 5,0. 999 9 and 0. 999 8,respectively; The average recovery was 100. 8%,102. 9%,97. 7%,respectively,and RSD was 1. 9%,1. 8% and 1. 6%( n = 9). Conclusion The main components of Danyi Kangtai powder are identified,and the content determination method of the three components in Danyi Kangtai powder is established for the first time,which can provide the basis for quality control of Danyi Kangtai powder.
