摘要(Abstract):
目的建立HPLC法测定飞龙掌血药材中白屈菜红碱含量并应用于药材测定。方法采用十八硅烷基键合硅胶为填充剂的色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-体积分数为0.1%的磷酸水溶液(体积比为20∶80),测定波长:274 nm,柱温:30℃。结果线性为1.2~12 mg.L-1,平均回收率为100.4%。结论所建立的HPLC方法可用于测定飞龙掌血药材中白屈菜红碱含量。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of chelerythrine in Toddaliae Cortex(Toddalia asiatica(L.)Lam.).Methods The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1%(φ)phosphoric acid(V∶V=20∶80)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was set at 274 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results There were good linear relationships between the concentrations and the peak areas of chelerythrine in the range of 1.2-12.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9).The recoveries were found to be 100.4% with RSD of 1.32%(n=9);Conclusions The results of the experiments have demonstrated that the developed method is rapid and simple with good accuracy and reproducibility for the determination of chelerythrine in Toddaliae Cortex.This method is suitable for the quality control of Toddaliae Cortex.
