摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立芫花挥发性成分的GC指纹图谱,为芫花药材的鉴别及品质控制提供依据。方法采用GC色谱法对所采集的不同地区的芫花药材进行指纹图谱研究,建立GC指纹图谱共有模式,并进行聚类分析和相似度比较。结果 GC指纹图谱对芫花中主要成分均得到较好分离,根据聚类分析和相似度分析处理结果,不同地区的芫花药材指纹图谱相似度存在一定差别。结论该法为芫花药材的质量评价提供科学依据。
Objective To establish the GC fingerprint of essential oils from Genkwa Flos and provide basis for identification of Genkwa Flos.Methods GC method was used to determine the fingerprints of Genkwa Flos from different places.Mutual mode was developed,cluster analysis and similarity calculation were taken for comparison of the samples.Results Samples from different places showed some differences in fingerprint graphics.Conclusions The method is reliable to evaluate the quality of Genkwa Flos.
