摘要(Abstract)：
本文研究了尿中庆大霉素的高效液相色谱测定法。将尿样用缓冲液稀释,以二氯甲烷除去尿中干扰物,水相中的庆大霉素经邻苯二醛衍生化,再用醋酸乙酯提取。提取物经色谱柱分离后荧光检测。线性范围为50～500μg/ml,平均回收率为96.2%,日内变异系数低于5%,最低检出浓度为5μg/ml。
A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination ofgentamicin in urine was established. After diluting the sample solution with abuffer, the interfering substances in urine were removed by extracting with di-chloromethane, Gentamicin in the aqueous phase was derivatized with o-phthalal-dehyde and the resulting derivative was extracted with ethylacetate. Substancescontained in the extract were separated by reversed-phase chromatography andquantified by fluorometry, The minimum detectable concentration was 5μg/ml,Analytical recovery was 96.2%. The within run ev was less than 5%, Peakheights and urine concentrations were linearly related from 50 to 500μg/ml.
