摘要(Abstract):
目的综述经不同种表面修饰的金纳米颗粒用作载体传递方面的研究进展。方法参考国内外30余篇相关文献,将该领域的相关信息进行分析、归纳与总结。结果阐述了经有机配体和生物分子两类修饰后,金纳米颗粒在载体传递方面的应用。结论表面修饰的金纳米颗粒在载体传递方面具有极其广阔的应用前景。
Objective To summarize the delivery applications of gold nanoparticles with different kinds of surface-modification in recent years.Methods According to the recent relevant literature,the preparation of gold nanoparticles with different kinds of surface-modification were summarized and analyzed.Results The applications of gold nanoparticles with two broad categories functionalization,organic ligand and biomolecule coatings,in delivery were reviewed.Conclusions Gold nanoparticles with different kinds of surfacemodification in delivery is promising.
